> What can I do when the quality of the video is poor?

There are a few actions you can take: 

  • Control your internet connection; For a reliable viewing experience at medium quality you need a minimum of 1.5Mb download Internet speed.
  • Try reloading the page a few times or see if you can access the video from another browser and/or device.
  • Contact the video owner (contact page on the website where you purchased the video from) to see if they can double-check the video quality for you.
