The video/event expired, I haven't watched it. What shall I do?

If you have purchased a Live Event or Pass, it is not always guaranteed that a replay will be available unless otherwise stated on the purchase screen.

Due to this we strongly advise that you view the event whilst it is showing live, so that you don't miss a minute of the action. Every checkout screen of a particular video contains a clear information about the rental period.

This means the video/rental is only available for a period of time, and after it expires you won't be able to access it anymore. Unless you re-purchase the video again.





**Please note that we do not accept refund requests for missed or expired events.
