> I haven't received the receipt, what shall I do?

You might first want to check your SPAM folder – it happens sometimes, that Cleeng mails get caught by the filter. If you found our receipt in your SPAM, please make sure to add us to your address book. 

Otherwise, submit a request to us or write directly to the Broadcaster – the owner of the content. They have a way to send you the receipt from their dashboard.
